What truly sets us apart from other producers is our fully integrated “farm-to-fork” production model, allowing us to control nearly every stage of foie gras production. From cultivating corn—an essential component of our ducks' feed—to marketing the final product, we are involved in every phase of the process. The only step that is outsourced is slaughtering, which is carried out by a local partner located less than 15 km from our farm. Besides, our ducks are raised for 16 weeks, significantly longer than the industry average of 10 to 12 weeks in Southwest France.
