This artisanal semi-cooked terrine is a true gourmet specialty, crafted by hand using premium ingredients. Made with tender duck meat, duck jus, green lentils, gizzards, carrots, and enriched with 20% duck foie gras, it offers a rich and satisfying flavor profile that sets it apart from anything commonly found on the market.

The smoothness of foie gras perfectly complements the rustic texture of lentils and confit-style duck meat, creating a bold yet balanced culinary experience. This terrine is ideal for charcuterie boards, elegant starters, or as part of a refined picnic.

Handmade with care and tradition, it reflects the excellence of artisanal French gastronomy.

– 15 to 20 slices, approximately 50g– To be sliced and ready to serve on the plate

Remove the product from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Peel off the film. Turn the tray upside down. Pull the edges apart to let air in underneath. If needed, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Cut into slices at least 1 cm thick.
