About

This assortment allows you to discover 3 of our terrines:

- mackerel with organic onions: combined with organic vegetables that we cook separately, the mackerel fillets conserve all their flavor. This terrine is fine and tasty. The mackerel is delicately cooked with spices for a delicious result.

- tuna with organic tomatoes: organic tuna and tomato are cooked separately before being mixed with a hint of AOP Espelette pepper. The recipe is low in salt, low in fat and very rich in fish.

- sardines with organic garlic: the sardine fillet is enhanced by organic garlic that we confit in oil before mixing with the fish. This terrine, delicately flavored with garlic, is inspired by a local recipe that disappeared in the 1960s.

3 x 85gr.

Packaged in recycled and recyclable cardboard.
