Charentais-style pork rillette: Made with large, delicious pieces of pork. This rillette is prepare it with a marinade of thyme and fresh garlic, along with coarse salt and pepper. It's the perfect accompaniment to oysters for a surf and turf experience. 90g or 170g format

Charentais Bundle Preserve: A local recipe with fresh sage, thyme, and pepper which gives the terrine a very spicy kick. Marinating the liver, shoulder, and throat in Cognac for 48 enhances its richness. 90g format

Canned Oléron rillettes: This is the least fatty rillette in the world!!!! It is a rillette made from candied meat, it contains only 10% fat and approximately 12g salt per kilogram. The challenge lies in achieving the perfect balance: keeping the texture soft while maintaining a high meat content. 90g format

Chef's Verrine: A delicate, light, and subtle terrine made from pork belly and chicken liver marinated in Pineau. 170g format

Shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture

Our advantage: lean, low-salt charcuterie.

The common thread running through our products is that they contain less than 25% fat and between 10 to 13 grams of salt per kilogram, depending on the recipe.

Tests and customer feedback indicate that fat content above 30% is strongly perceived on the palate.

While salt, is essential in charcuterie, we have chosen to elevate flavors with fresh spices and herbs to offer very tasty yet healthier products.
