Canned hake with preserved lemon : The hake is accompanied by homemade preserved lemon, offering a combination of delicate and tangy flavors. It's light, fresh and fruity !

Canned shrimp with coriander and ginger : Beautiful pieces of shrimp elevated by the fresh flavor of coriander and enhanced by ginger.

Canned sea bass with fennel : Sea bass, the emblematic fish of our village, is enhanced by the freshness of homemade candied fennel.

Lemon-Scented Sardines : Delicious sardine fillets, beautiful pieces of olives and candied tomatoes, with a hint of lemon to awaken your taste buds.

The unique feature of our work is that we flake the fish fillets by hand to enhance the flesh and preserve some of the pieces. We never blend the fillets, as is commonly done in canneries, for greater speed.

We always work with fresh herbs, which is a real advantage over dried herbs or powdered sauces. We receive them whole and remove the stems, which add too much bitterness, keeping only the leaves (dill, coriander, etc.). This is a very time-consuming and manual process, but it adds a great deal of flavor.

Another important technical aspect of our work is finding the "right cooking" to avoid altering the product, which could, due to sterilization (a relatively long and intense cooking process that damages the fish flesh), diminish its flavor.

The shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture.
