Founded 40 years ago and a member of the “Collège Culinaire de France”, D'ARTIGUES FOIE GRAS is an artisanal cannery employing around 15 people, nestled in the heart of the Landes region, in Chalosse, known for its savoir-faire in foie gras production. The company has continued to grow and modernize, while preserving its artisanal values and respect for tradition, in a constant quest for excellence, which has earned it the respect and recognition of the entire profession and its loyal customers: delicatessens, butchers, caterers, restaurants and private individuals, as evidenced by the numerous awards it has won at the “Concours Général Agricole” and “Concours Saveurs Nouvelle-Aquitaine” for its foie gras, magrets and duck rillettes.
