Bipia is a French craft cannery company that produces sauces, condiments, ready-to-eat dishes, and spreads, based on Espelette chili pepper (a unique spice with PDO certification). The company has been in Larressore, in the heart of the Basque Country since 1997. Bipia has 7 employees, and most essential production operations are carried out manually. For the past 4 years, Bipia has also grown part of its Espelette chili pepper, in its own fields. Bipia offers its customers a traditional range of about 30 high-quality products (without additives, preservatives, and coloring agents) as well as an organic range that has been available for 15 years. Most of the products have a long shelf life. The company has been awarded several times for the quality of its products. An important part of the raw materials are of local origin. Over the years, we have built strong partnerships with local producers and suppliers to ensure our social and environmental responsibility. Bipia is all about tasty products and sharing the love for its local terroir !
