Basque ardent - Basque hot sauce

Basque ardent is a hot sauce, based on Espelette red chilli pepper.

It's a very flavorful sauce, hot but not overpowering,with a red colour and a pasty texture, made to go well with meats, fishes, pizzas, but also tu be used in sauces or soups.

It's available in 100 g plastic bottle, and intended for retail shops, with a 12 months minimum durability date.
