Treat your taste buds to an iconic dessert of French gastronomy thanks to Maison Jock’s egg crème brûlée preparation. Easy and quick to make, it delivers a smooth vanilla custard topped with a delicate caramelized layer, worthy of the finest tables.

Features:

Format: 196 g box, ideal for 8 to 10 ramekins.

Main ingredients: Sugar, wheat starch, whole milk powder, whole egg powder (5.9%), natural vanilla flavor, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum).

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, pour 250 ml of milk and 250 ml of liquid cream.

  2. Add the Jock preparation and whisk.

  3. Bring to a boil while stirring and cook for 30 seconds.

  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and let cool.

  5. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize using a torch or under the oven grill.

This preparation is ideal for those who want to offer a traditional dessert with simplified preparation.
