Cuvée "Grappis"
About
This wine is hand-harvested in small crates and whole-cluster fermented for about ten days.
Light in color, bright and limpid. The first nose is straightforward, immediately very soft and full of fresh fruit. With aeration, the nose becomes rounder, more gourmand, still very amylic (candy-like) but also creamier (like Bonbon Kréma). On the palate, the wine is soft on the attack and quite fluid. The finish is aromatic, with a very silky and delicate texture. In addition to a pleasant touch of salivating acidity and a candy-like persistence.
