About

This mellow wine has been produced and bottled without sulphites, making it more easily digestible. It is made from Sauvignon (100%), a variety usually used for dry white wines, which was left to ripen longer to get more concentrated grapes.

The result is a wine less sweet than a sweet wine (as it contains roughly twice half the sugar) but with the aromatic power of Sauvignon. The nose and palate are aromatic and reminiscent of peach. The length is balanced between volume and sweetness. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with foie gras.
