De l'Avi de tous

Born from the generous terroir of Bruilhois, "De l’Avi de Tous" is a red wine with a bold character, striking a perfect balance between power and indulgence. Carefully crafted from a blend of Merlot (70%), Tannat (20%), and Cabernet Franc (10%), it elegantly expresses the richness of its gravelly clay soil.

Its deep purple hue hints at an expressive nose, dominated by ripe black fruit aromas, subtly enhanced with gentle spice notes like cinnamon. On the palate, its full and generous attack unfolds into a complex fruitiness, accented by a delicate touch of spice, giving it a unique elegance.

Aged for 8 months in vats, this wine reaches its full potential when paired with a charcuterie platter, homemade lasagna, or herb-roasted poultry. Its balanced structure and fresh finish make it the perfect companion for convivial and gourmet meals.
