About
Our semi-dried and confit tomato petals are renowned in France and abroad for their unique melting texture and pleasant taste. Hulled before drying, they are flavored with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil and different aromatic herbs. They are available in a delicatessen range and a catering range, with many gourmet restaurants using them - among them including Michelin-starred restaurants. They can be used in many recipes: for example, with pasta, in cakes, on bruschettas or toasts, with cheese, and in sauces and stuffings.
