For 37 years, Maison Peyrey is dedicated to enhancing seasonal fruits using a specific drying technique developed by its founder Marc Peyrey: semi-cooked or semi-dried. In our artisanal workshop located near Bergerac in the Périgord region, we dry fruits sourced from the best French terroirs (Ente plums from Lot & Garonne, violet figs from Solliès, black cherries from Mont-Ventoux, grapes from Moissac, mirabelle plums from Lorraine, tomatoes from the South-West and South-East, etc.) in sustainable partnerships with exceptional producers.
Our range includes semi-dried and confit tomato petals, enhanced with various recipes, including oils and herbs and variations such as spreads, vinegars, sauces, ketchup. We also offer semi-cooked fruits inclunding plums, cherries, figs, Mirabelle plums, grapes with variations in fruit creams and vinegars. Our products are free of preservatives, colorings, additives and added sugars. Our flagship product is confit tomato petals which can be found on the best delicatessen shops and tables in France and abroad. We are proud to collaborate with more than 50 Michelin-starred restaurants.
