Situated on the north-east plateau of Saint-Émilion, this organic vineyard covers an area of 1/2 hectare. Harvested entirely by hand, this grand cru reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruit. An elegant, well-structured wine, ideal with refined dishes. We produce a confidential cuvée, limited to 1800 bottles a year, which reflects the very essence of our sandy-clay terroir.

This special soil encourages a healthy, balanced ecosystem, essential for the vigour and health of our vines. By leaning towards organic farming, we encourage the vitality of macro- and micro-fauna, as well as the precious mycorrhizal networks that are crucial to the vines.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, allowing them to be carefully selected to preserve their optimum quality.
