About

Château Guillemin La Gaffelière is a distinguished red wine from the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru AOC, from the 2022 vintage. Made primarily from Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, it embodies the elegance and complexity of this renowned terroir. The nose is expressive, with aromas of ripe blackberry, cherry, and violet, intertwined with delicate notes of cedar and sweet spice. On the palate, the wine is rich and velvety, offering fine-grained tannins and a balanced structure. Layers of dark fruit, licorice, and a touch of toasted oak unfold gracefully, leading to a long, silky finish with a lingering freshness.

The vineyard is spread over 17 hectares all around Saint-Émilion on sandy and clay-limestone soils.
