Lucin-Douteau Sophie

We are a married winegrowing couple.  Our property is called Clos Louie and we started in 2003. Clos Louie is a 4.5 hectare organic and biodynamic estate in Saint Genès de Castillon. We are lucky enough to have a few vines that resisted phylloxera , planted around 1850 with grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and a little Carménère. We have also vines planted in the 1960's. We produce 2 wines: Clos Louie since 2003 and Louison & Léopoldine since 2012.
