Pruno is a brand founded in 2023 by Vincent Barral, a native of Lot-et-Garonne. Rooted in values of proximity, sharing, and regional pride, Pruno aims to modernize the image of the prune by offering it in new, original, and gourmet forms, while promoting the local artisans and traditions of the region.
After creating his brand at the end of 2023, he opened his grocery shop in the heart of Agen with the aim of offering a diverse range of products, combining a modern aesthetic with an upmarket image. Gourmets and food lovers alike can now discover carefully selected products and exclusive creations, developed in collaboration with local artisans.
The opening was a great success, quickly establishing PRUNO as the go-to reference for prunes in Agen. Encouraged by this enthusiasm, he decided to launch a professional catalogue at the beginning of 2025, to coincide with the shop’s first anniversary, with the aim of expanding, with the ail of expanding distribution beyond Agen, both nationally and internationally.
