Aromatic Vinegar, Vinegar Velvets. Founded in 2004 amidst the vineyards, the company celebrates the grape varieties that give rise to the great wines of the southwest. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sémillon, and Cabernet Franc all contribute to the production of our goods, to which we apply the utmost care when selecting our raw materials. Le Moulin des Cépages, a human-scale company committed to the ongoing pursuit of quality, has only one goal: to exceed customer expectations. The flavors of our products come from natural fruit aromas, whole fruit macerations, and aromatic herbs. We guarantee the food safety of our products through the application of HACCP protocols and traceability of our production. We have around 30 flavored vinegars and 20 vinegar velvets.
