Les Fermiers Basco Béarnais : Raw milk cheese from the Pyrénées

The Fermiers Basco-Béarnais Cooperative is an institution rooted in tradition for nearly 40 years. Their commitment to preserving heritage, farm knowledge, and fostering local development has been at the core of their mission since day one.

They gather around 15 farms and produced raw sheep, cow and goat cheeses in the Mountains. All cheeses undergo a meticulous aging process, lovingly tended by hand under the watchful eye of their skilled technicians, within the collective salting rooms.
