About

We offer a wide range of duck products to showcase the entire duck (liver, breast, thighs, neck, heart, etc.): raw meat cuts, marinated raw meats, prepared products to cook, and finished products ready to eat.

The range includes fresh products, a range of jars and preserves, and IQF frozen products. All ducks are cut and prepared by hand in our workshops, thanks to the expertise of our teams and in compliance with strict health and safety guidelines.

We innovate every year to offer a variety of recipes and meet the market's needs for new products. These include sausages, minced meats, marinated aiguillettes, cooked terrines, and cromesquis.
