Erika's Navy Strength gin is made using the same Stupfler still and process as the Dry gin. However, the reduction is less, resulting in less diluted flavors and therefore more aroma and body. It has a spicier, woodier taste than a classic “London Dry” and warms the palate more surely. This is an asset for mixology, and ensures a tasty spirit as a digestive.

Navy strength gin is ideal for cocktails. When blended with other spirits and liqueurs, Navy Strength Gin becomes more pronounced and acts as a conductor, where all the other flavors orchestrate harmoniously around it. When properly blended, Navy Strength Gin comes into its own, and the botanical structure and flavor are brought to the fore.
