Made with local botanicals carefully selected for their delicate aromas, it captures the very essence of the surrounding nature. Imagine the subtle herbaceous touches of rosemary, tarragon and Provins rose tickling your taste buds, before acacia honey from the Dordogne softens the whole. This honey not only adds sweetness to the drink, but also smoothes things over, perfectly balancing the power of the herbs with a subtle, floral sweetness.

And speaking of sophistication, Old Tom Gin by Erika Spirit doesn't forget its roots... deep in the days of bootlegging. While it's great as a gin and tonic, it's also excellent in cocktails, as it adds different notes and flavors.
