From Château Aurore, organically grown and hand-harvested, the Sauvignon grapes are then aged on the lees in concrete tanks with their native yeasts. The meticulous care given to this wine results in a highly aromatic white, where the Sauvignon grape fully expresses itself with precision. Floral nuances and a subtle bitterness enhance and extend the wine’s length. This is a winning bet and a remarkable achievement by Hugues Laborde and his team.
