ALLEGORIE DE COUHINS PESSAC LEOGNAN ORGANIC WINE

With this creation, we aim to share with you the impact of our agroecological practices on Couhins wine, highlighting the explosion of biodiversity around our vines and how it translates into every sip.

We have taken our commitment to sustainability even further with the packaging, favoring local sourcing for reused bottles and opting for natural paper labels, while reducing capsule size to minimize our ecological footprint.

Our grapes have been delicately vinified, with minimal intervention to preserve their essence, then aged in amphora for 12 months.

1️⃣ Merlot, aged to maintain its fresh red fruit aromas, offers a sensation of freshness and lightness on the palate, characteristic of the young vines of Couhins.

2️⃣ Cabernet Sauvignon, from the gravel mound of Couhins, subtly blends floral notes with soft aromas of ripe black fruits. The time spent in amphora has naturally softened its tannins, offering a smooth yet persistent tasting experience.
