Our smoked sturgeon steaks are made from our finest sturgeon fillets. They are first salted by hand before being smoked whole over beechwood for several hours. This long and meticulous process preserves and develops all the taste qualities of the smoked sturgeon.
Freezing is an integral part of our production process. Our products are then defrosted for sale, which does not impair their organoleptic quality.
