About

Château Les Combes Coming from one of the best exposures in the St Emilion area, the old vines (60 years old, centenarian plants) grow on clay-limestone soil at 85m of altitude. The dry conditions optimize maturation and intensity, which also contribute to a freshness and fruity expression. The winemaking process is made without sulfites added, long time maceration and ancestral technique of extraction no pumping overs or punching down. Ageing takes place in tanks for 2 to 3 years before bottling.
