Le Chai de mon Père - Cask 212

Léa Laurichesse

Co-owner at Maison Laurichesse

Segonzac, France

About

Old Cognac (around 45 yo), distilled by Olivier's father, Cask 212 is a treasure from the past, with no reduction, and no caramel addition - just pure and unadulterated cognac.

The nose is rich and very expressive, toasty and spicy.

On the palate, an exotic first taste, vibrant and powerful with lively spices. Notes of ginger intertwine with a hint of acacia, creating a flavor profile that is both robust and nuanced.

It finishes with a long-lasting impression.
