L'Inattendu
About
A true gustatory surprise, "L'Inattendu" is a red wine that captivates with its aromatic complexity and perfect balance between power and finesse. Originating from the AOP Buzet appellation, it is the result of a harmonious blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, giving it beautiful intensity and a velvety texture.
Its deep purple color hints at a generous nose, dominated by a bouquet of ripe black fruits, enhanced with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is revealed as ample and structured, with silky tannins that ensure an elegant and persistent length. Its 3-month aging in vats allows it to preserve all the freshness and indulgence of its aromas.
Versatile and generous, "L'Inattendu" pairs equally well with a plate of charcuterie or grilled fish, and is ideally enjoyed as an aperitif among friends. Its expressive fruitiness and smoothness make it a wine of pleasure, as surprising as it is seductive.
With "L'Inattendu," every tasting is an invitation to wonder, a beautiful discovery that lives up to its name.
