Artisanal vinegar

First, we have been producing olive oil on our estate for 3 years now. This year we will plant more than 150 olive trees in our vineyard. The diversification is on the way at Thieuley.

Two years ago, we decided to launch a range of artisanal vinegars, crafted from our winery’s old wines (white, red, sweet, and clairet). Since then, they have aged different kinds of vinegars in barrels. In May, a French artist Marie Bathellier will come to this beautiful place (the vinaigrerie is in the middle of vines and olive trees) to soak up this wild place to create the design the labels of our authentic wine vinegars.
