About

Recognized on April 3, 1990, the AOC Crémant de Bordeaux is rooted in a rich regional tradition of sparkling wine production dating back to the 19th century. This prestigious appellation applies to both white and rosé wines, crafted in the heart of Bordeaux’s vineyards. The vineyard thrives in a temperate, humid oceanic climate, characterized by mild winters, early springs, sun-drenched summers, and long, warm autumns which are perfect conditions for producing high-quality grapes. The vines are cultivated on sandy clay-limestone soil, enhancing the finesse and complexity of our Crémant de Bordeaux. Taste: This Crémant features delicate bubbles and a pale-yellow color with subtle green highlights. On the palate, it is pleasantly long and with an abundance of effervescence. It pairs beautifully with a wide variety of dishes, including petits fours, appetizers with fish and shellfish (such as oysters, sushi, sashimi, smoked salmon, seafood platters, fish or shellfish terrines, and fish tartare), white meats, creamy poultry dishes, and dry biscuits.
