My name is Brice MANDARD and, along with my brother and a childhood friend, we founded Distillerie Raffman, a family-run, artisanal distillery based in Villenave-d'Ornon. Passionate about distillation, creativity and excellence, we created our Terpène Gin, a spirit that captures the emblematic essences of our South-West coastline. Distilled at low temperature in a rotavapor, this unique process preserves the aromatic richness of its 10 certified organic botanicals.
Combining tradition and innovation, our team works tirelessly to create authentic, sustainable spirits of excellence. We carefully select local ingredients, including buds and needles pine, immortelle flower, hemp, hops, lemon, coriander and sunflower. Our Terpène Gin, lively, fresh and resinous, reflects not only the DNA of our region, but also our commitment to environmentally friendly, authentic production. We were honored to be recognized in the regional “Les Talents de l'Artisanat” competition for our expertise and innovation.
