CENTUM 2023 French Orange Wine
About
Only Sauvignon gris grapes are used for this wine. After harvest, they are placed in a jar. They macerate for 100 days (Centum means "a hundred" in Latin). In December, we press the grapes and transfer the wine in another jar for 9 months. This orange wine is delicious with Indian, Asian, and spicy food.
