AOC MONBAZILLAC VIEUX TOURON 2011 Sweet White Wine

Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle grapes, blended to produce the AOC MONBAZILLAC wines, are handpicked in a series of successive sorting operations to take only those grapes affected by the famous and miraculous "noble rot" (Botrytis Cinerea).

These sweet white MONBAZILLAC wines, with their fantastic golden colour, are particularly elegant, with a powerful bouquet rich in aromas. Our mature MONBAZILLAC 2011 (barrel ageing) with a wonderful amber colour has a complex nose with an expressive and intricated taste allied with a silky tannic structure.
