About

There are 2 versions of this wine:

-Château La Bretonnière white - Grand Vin :is a blend of 50% Semillon and 50% Sauvignon Gris. Fermented with indigenous yeasts for 9 months in French oak barrels from a 1er Cru of Sauternes. This is a gastronomic wine that is very complex, fine, and elegant. It is the perfect companion to aperitif, seafood, fish, foie gras, white meat and cheese. To be served between 10 and13°C (50-55,4 °F).

-Château La Bretonnière white – dry fruity wine :** 50% Semillon, 40% Grey Sauvignon, 10% White Sauvignon. fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels for 5 months. It has a very nice and complex bouquet and is very fruity. On the palate, it is smooth with a nice acidity and long aftertaste. It is well-balanced and can be easily enjoyed on its own or with shellfish and all kind of fish.
