A family estate for 4 generations, La Colombette is located at the gates of Béziers, facing the Mediterranean Sea. François and his son Vincent Pugibet have significantly contributed to the renewal of the Languedoc vineyard. For over thirty years, they have been recognized for the quality of their wines and their innovations. In 1995, La Colombette received the title of Best Chardonnay in the World, and in 2009, after ten years of research on alcohol reduction, their low alcool range was awarded.

Inspired by the most romantic spot in the capital, this illustration highlights this hidden gem in the Luxembourg Gardens, the famous Medici fountain. The white flowers both echo the delicate aromatic profile of this wine and enhance the beauty of this iconic place.
