Les Vignerons de Berticot Blanc de Noirs is made from carefully selected Merlot grapes that are gently pressed to extract a clear juice without maceration with the skins. This process preserves the wine’s freshness and clarity while capturing the rich aromas of the black grape variety. On the palate, the wine reveals layers of crisp green apple, subtle hints of raspberry, and a touch of brioche, all enhanced by a minerality that echoes the Merlot terroir. The finish is long, with delicate notes of red berries and citrus zest.
