SYRPHE, Flavored Wine Cocktail - Natural Tonic/Hop/Rosewood flavor

Inspired by the name of a pollinating insect called "Syrphe," which resembles a bee and is commonly found in Bordeaux vineyards, Claire & Renaud JEAN, winegrowers, created Syrphe, a sparkling cocktail that captures the essence of their unique terroir.

The cocktail is composed of a base of AOC Sweet white wine, where we have added natural flavours to create three original recipes : “TONIC,” “HOP,” and “ROSEWOOD.”

This is how wine is “syrphized”, transformed into a sparkling cocktail with wine-infused flavours, inspired by the craft of beer brewing !

JMVB worked in collaboration with the Brasserie du Mascaret in Gironde.

Taste :

The “TONIC” version introduces a sumptuous array of spices, herbs, and aromatics, complemented by delicate citrus notes.

The “HOP” version reveals spicy, floral, and fruity notes. As your palate adjusts to the bold character of Syrphe, delicate aromas of tropical fruits and citrus emerge, adding depth and complexity.

The “ROSEWOOD” version is a bold and refreshing creation, offering a delightful floral bouquet infused with orange blossom and jasmine aromas. This cocktail embodies finesse and elegance, echoing the artistry of fine perfumery.
