WE ARE LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AWAY FROM WHAT WILL BE THE REGION'S MUST-ATTEND AGRI-FOOD EVENT IN 2025
This is an opportunity to give you an overview of the next steps :
- Appointment bookings
- From May 5th to 16th : the 50 buyers will be able to request appointments to meet the regional companies. These appointment requests will be made via the BtoMatch platform and the companies will be free to accept or refuse them.
- From May 19th to 23rd : a second phase of appointment requests is scheduled. The Gourmet Business Meeting team is in charge of this phase. We will present to the buyers some company profiles based on the products they are looking for. This will be an opportunity to promote lesser-known but equally interesting products.
The final schedule of meetings should be ready by early June.
- Kick-off meeting for the companies
For a perfect preparation of the companies, we will organize a videoconference on May 28th from 2:00 to 4:30 pm to present :
o The program for the two days and the various highlights planned
o The Hangar 14's layout and different areas
o The profiles of the 50 buyers present
We will also all the answers.
